Soundtrack for Orange

Billy Comes Home, One of my jingly jangly indie tracks from the Heifervescent album Hoofed and Dangerous is going to be used in an Advertising campaign for Telecoms giant – ‘Orange’ this Autumn. The campaign is aimed at the French Market, which is presumably why they asked me for the lyrics… to check there was no hidden tongue in cheek, ironic, fingers crossed behind my back type of humour in there…as if!!! More details soon.
Electric Impact: After Effects Template

My latest After Effects Project over at Revostock is Electric Impact and has been added to the Editor’s Choice collection.
Add your images, add your text, render, turn up the volume to 11, stand back and let Electric Impact promote your products and services with a bang! Image/Movie slots explode onto the screen in front of a blue animated background giving the user a cinematic/big film experience. Great for use as an intro, to introduce your products and services and to end with your logo.
This template can be opened with After Effects CS3 or later and REQUIRES NO ADDITIONAL PLUG -INS! The soundtrack has been specially made for this sequence and you are free to use it in your renders of this particular project.
Computers – New After Effects Project at Revostock

I have some new projects going over to Revostock. First of which is a template called ‘computers’ which features lots of … erm … ‘computers’.
Computers is an After Effects CS3 project file which can easily be customized to display your images and text within the movie. The camera zooms and pans around a dark room while Images appear on computer monitors and text is typed out on the screens. This can form the background for practically any subject, as it will be your images and text that give the sequence it’s unique angle. The soundtrack has been specially created for this sequence and is included in the project file to use in your final renders. No additional plug-ins are required. As long as you have After Effects CS3 or higher you’ll be able to use the template.

Congratulations to Plamencvetanov and Generator on getting first and second place. The competition was based on number of sales that the project file generated over a 4 week period.
Water Collision

Just been experimenting with Real Flow and Cinema…
2 jets of water collide and make a big splash and water drops set on a white background.
This fluid clip is full high definition – 1920×1080 and includes a separate alpha channel so that you can drop it onto different backgrounds.

Cars and Bras, all in one week

Just started working on a few jobs with the Iris team in Manchester, notably Hertz and Wonderbra.
Hertz has involved lots of flash banner work so far, and as they’re rolling out adverts throughout Europe, it’s involved a lot of translations. I can say ‘Book Now’ in several languages. Have also been involved with producing some HTML email work for Wonderbra which has been delightful!
Northern Lights

Northern lights is set in a calm relaxing environment with lights, particles and smooth motion. Abstract coloured skies resembling the Aurora Borealis dance in the background in sequence with the audio track as do the grid lines that move about behind the photo frame.
Text arrives smoothly and animated and sequenced with the audio track.
You can change the image placeholders to your own images or video clips and of course change the text to suit your needs.
The Line
